Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers for Fluid Power products within the UK and Ireland, working with some of the leading Fluid Power brands.

Due to their ongoing expansion on their behalf we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive within the Industrial segment of the company selling products such as hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, adaptors, fittings, hoses, couplings and tools to the reseller and distribution markets.

Role

Based from the office, you will be responsible for dealing with the existing trade customers and effectively managing accounts.  The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for building relationships with existing customers.  They will be expected to manage the account performance and provide quotes, thus generating sales growth.

The successful candidate will ideally possess knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial products. However, consideration will also be given to candidates who can demonstrate good communication and computer skills, allied to a confident telephone manner.  . There will be no cold calling.  Own transport required.

Requirements

  • Have previous sales experience preferably within the engineering industry
  • PC Literate, Microsoft office experience
  • Confident and an excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work independently and also be a team player
  • Must have access to a car
