Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of waste compactors and baling equipment. Established for over 30 years, the company’s customer base includes distribution depots, waste recycling plants, retailers, local authorities, hospitals, skip businesses and manufacturers.
Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of waste compactors, vertical and horizontal balers and free standing tippers across the North of England
Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years’ experience in the service and repair of hydraulic equipment such as compactors, balers, loading bays, lifting platforms or scissor lifts, with a sound understanding (ideally 17th edition) of electrical fault finding and working on PLC’s.
You will be covering an area from the Midlands to the Scottish borders with occasional over night stays.
Package
You will be on a starting salary of £28,000 per annum with additional benefits such as vehicle, fuel, laptop, mobile phone, pension and holidays. There will be salary reviews every 6 months that will increase your salary to £33,000 and then to a max of £36,000.
