My client is the UK’s leading supplier of garage equipment offering the best service for workshops whether it is for installation, inspection, maintenance, breakdown repairs or calibrations. With more engineers than anyone else in the garage equipment industry they continue to expand their highly skilled workforce.

The Role:

Due to serious growth and expansion in the company, we require a Finance Administrator who can delivery high quality accounting services within the business.

The duties for this role are as follows;

  • Processing daily sales batches on operating system
  • Importing daily sales batches on to finance system
  • Printing and distribution of all sales invoices
  • Setting up new customers in a quick and efficient manner
  • Recording customer receipts accurately and on time
  • Ensure prompt collection of outstanding due debtors and escalate if cannot be resolved quickly
  • Printing and distribution of account statements and dunning letter where appropriate
  • Credit management partner liaison to ensure legal procedures are completed efficiently
  • Other adhoc duties where necessary

 Requirements:

  • Previous credit control experience is necessary
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Efficient organisational and time management skills
  • Microsoft office skills including a high degree of Excel knowledge
  • Must be within close commutable distance of Hebden Bridge

 Package:

£23,000 per annum + excellent benefits
